1) I would never have that much Easter candy left in my house. I eat it all!

2) I buy it to bake with. LOL I also have a liqueur shelf that looks like I drink but they are all for baking too. I think there is a beer in my frig that is over a year old. Maybe 2! :) Denny didn't get that drinking skill (or his great cooking skill either!) from me! I have a whole shelf in the cabinet, two large storage bins and 2 boxes of chocolate chunks. All chocolate or a variant of chocolate (and some coconut). I think I'm addicted to buying it. So, right now I'm in "thin down" mode to make sure none of it is getting too old.
