It's a great cake for taking on shape--I've made it so many ways. Those little bundt cakes mentioned for little pumpkins would be awesome. I had a close call on both but they finally came out. My pans are getting worn and I have to work to keep them from sticking. Baby cakes are SO cute. They just blow me away. If it wasn't such a pain to grease and clean the pans--I'd make them that way all the time! I'm a sucker for the pans but trying to keep my head these days. I have so many. Just saw a new one from Wilton that is a pirate ship shape--too fun.
I have never seen more perfectly shaped, scrumptious looking cakes.
