My "lemon cake extraordinare". I have no idea how many times and ways I have made this one. It's my favorite lemon/key lime cake recipe. This time I wanted nice little cubes for my trifle so I used my long angel food cake pan. It's great for any pound cake/angel food cake to get nice regular slices. The pan is big enough to manage any large pound or bundt cake recipe. Not as pretty as a bundt cake for presentation but great for slicing/cubing.
