6) I'm learning at the knee of Steve and Denny and Dave and others. My eyes are always looking now. :) Have you done that wedding yet? Are you back to chocolate? I'm baking cookies (in my 80+ degree kitchen) and thinking how you would like them--lots of chocolate with a touch of coffee. :)

7) No, the wedding's not til October. I"m still trying to be good....but it's very hard!! On our vacation to New Jersey earlier this week we went to the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory and I couldn't resist some fudge. Yum!! I really don't see how you bake in such heat. I don't like the heat anymore than you do and I don't think I would want to turn on the oven! But lots of chocolate with a touch of coffee sounds divine!!!!

8) I think I do it more to survive. Baking is my panacea. Besides, I need to for a reason. :) Sorry to hear you have to be good all the way until October. :) I did put a fan in the window and pulled some cool mornging air in that kept it at 80 and it gave me a bit of a cool-down as I walked past. Eating ice helps too. :)

If this recipe is a good one, we'll work out some cookies AFTER the wedding. To celebrate surviving in a chocolate-free world for all those months. :)
