Still in the cooling phase. I'll share another picture when it is completed in the AM. I line my cheesecake pan with aluminum foil to make it easier to get out. ALL out since the bottom can be tricky. This way I can flip it out and turn it over and get the foil off the crust with little effort. Stay tuned for the completion. This one is a request from a co-worker.
