Banana-Banana Bread all done. The web is great. I needed to figure out how many 8x4 (actually slightly smaller) pans were required to do a recipe x 3 calling for 9x5 pans. A 9x5 holds 8 cups and a 8x4 holds 6. So, 4 pans required to break the recipe. All of the overripe bananas are used up and I have 4 breads to share instead of 3.

Yum! Looks pretty good- do you use cream of tarter in your banana bread? My mum-in-law remembers her grandmother using cream of tartar in her banana bread and I've been looking for a recipie like that ever since.

I've never used that, Lion. Maybe it makes it a little lighter. I'll check my recipes at home and see if I have one with that ingredient. :)
