Imagine another 2 dozen cookies and a cake and you have my baking day. The DBCC couldn't wait for a photo shoot--they had to go into the mail. These are basic chocolate chip, chocolate-chocolate chip and white chocolate macadamia nut cookies cooling and waiting to be boxed to go to work tomorrow for visiting Help Desk staff.

And I realized I didn't do one type that I needed so I'm doing crash cookie baking with 1 hour, 15 mins. and 48 small cookies to show for it. I don't think I've ever put together and baked so fast. But, I should get in bed on time or close. Tomorrow morning I will finish packing for the office and hope I make it on time. At least driving I can stay later and not worry about it. :)
