Meyer lemon bundt cake - As noted on my blurb, meyer lemons are a cross of lemons and mandarin oranges. The aroma isn't quite orange or quite lemon but an odd cross of the two--but the flavor makes up for the slight twang to the smell of the zested lemon. One of the best cake batters I have ever sampled. The glaze is a mixture of fresh meyer lemon juice and confectioners' sugar. Hope it tastes fresh and good for my co-workers tomorrow.
