This one is my favorite. Maybe even Betsy would be proud of this study of a ganache-topped brownie bite. :)

This looks very, very tempting. I think the name should have "temptation" in it. Mmmm, makes me want to bake today, but I can't, I am being forced to see relatives that stress me out. Oooh, maybe if I make some brownie bites, and take them with me for later, that might lesson my stress?

Chocolate is good for stress--be sure to spray the muffin pans. :) I would think anything would work--even a good chunk brownie mix alone but add some toffee bits or York peppermint baking bits as I did and you elevate the stress relief VOLUMES. And your relatives will appreciate you even more than they do now if you come bearing bites. :)

I'm no Steve with nature but I'm doing my best here! :) Just imagine eating it--less calories. LOL

Linda, I think your photographs of your food do to me what the wildlife pictures I post do to you!!! I have never looked at one of my pictures of a bird or an insect with the desire to want to put it in my mouth and see how "delicious" it might be!!! But, when I look at your food pictures all I can do is imagine how good it must taste. I am envious of you because after you take a picture you can "eat your subject", not so with me when I shoot a slug or a spider!!!

LOL...good point. Though I don't eat it--just give it away. At least your slugs and birds and insects don't make people regret eating them and need to go on a diet. :)
