The next request by my departing co-workers is a chocolate-raspberry cake. Unfortunately the Oregon raspberries are done so I had to resort to CA raspberries for decoration but I guess we can't have everything in (near) October. Wish the weather felt like fall. Unfortunately I have another cake to ship that is more temperature sensitive so I hope it won't suffer from the heat. FALLFALLFALL!! :)
