My other chocolate endeavor was SA Tenor's Chocolate Mint Brownies. I don't usually use coloring but since we are close to St. Paddy's Day I added a little green to the mint layer. It looks like a good recipe, SA! A moist brownie base with a sweet and minty filling and a good solid chocolate topper! I did take up the chocolate level a bit by using extra dark chocolate chips instead of regular ones. I thought they would make a nice counterbalance to the very sweet filling. We'll see if the librarians agree! Thanks for sharing, Linda!!
