A new recipe from my recipe maven at Baking Bites (www.bakingbites.com). This one is fantastic if I must say so. It is lower fat and contains no eggs. The surprise ingredient is pumpkin that is used to replace one of the original ingredients in the fudge cookie.

The pumpkin is lost to the chocolate so some pumpkin spice is added to bring the pumpkin flavor more to the surface. It sounds like a strange combination but the chocolate and pumpkin spice make a great combination. If you have some leftover pumpkin or would like a different option for Thanksgiving...I highly recommend this one!
