Here's post-clean-up at the side where it pulled down all the lines. Back by the house it has pulled the lines away from the house and they are on the ground and my neighbor says they are dangerous and need to be fixed. Amazingly still working but I don't want someone hurt--including me. These lines were totally buried under a lot of dead branches and snow.

I can't believe someone hasn't taken care of this dangerous situation....be it city or landlord. This lack of urgency is pure lazy.
