After losing a whole album in some weird way, I'm going to start a new Baking one to avoid losing all the previous ones. :) My hairstylist got her St. Paddy's Day treat--Chocolate Guinness Cake. A moist chocolate cake made with butter and sour cream and a cup of Guinness. In my case, a good local stout--too cheap to buy a 4-pack of Guinness for one cake. Turned out great but it did sink a bit in the center. Note to self: Make sure it is well done next time to avoid having a crater in the middle. Though it did hold more cream cheese frosting!!
