Since my co-worker is Indian, I thought coconut might be a good option. I went looking for coconut, caramel, chocolate combinations. I found these Congo Bars with brown sugar and butter and (optional) coconut and nuts. I substituted toffee bits for the nuts to keep some texture and another layer of flavor. I added one more option with a thin chocolate ganache on top. He was all for that addition. I precut them for him to make it easier for toting and distribution. I went with small pieces and got a whooping 96 pieces for him. Should work nice at the park.
