We know I don't like decorating so I do what I can to make something special without using decorator pastry bags and dyes. I used a shamrock cookie cutter to keep the edges and gently put some green sanding sugar inside to make the design stand out. Turned out pretty nice. The whipped cream cheese frosting is amazing. Silky as a buttercream or whipped cream frosting with the tang of cream cheese. Definitely will be used for more than this one cake recipe!

Beautiful, just beautiful! I have to say, I love, love, LOVE frosting like this, exposting the cake and allowing it's beauty to shine through. I think just frosting the top is classy looking. Well done!
