It has a beautiful texture--very tight crumb. It cuts easily when cool. One gal at work asked for the recipe. She said she thought it would be good for camping. I imagine it would bake well in a dutch oven but if you wanted to bake it in advance and wrap it well for storage, I'll bet it would reheat well wrapped in foil and put on a grill or in a campfire. Or I thought it would be good to take cubes of it and toast it like marshmallows over a grill or open fire. More crust can't be a bad thing!!
