Baking for my favorite librarians today. This one smells and looks wonderful. A lemon, poppy seed, olive oil loaf cake. Olive oil sounds a bit odd for baking and admittedly the first time I tried it with a shortcake recipe I thought the batter tasted "odd" but once it bakes it really is amazing. Of course you use a great slightly fruity olive oil for baking purposes. Hope it is as good to eat as it is to smell.
