This is the second time I've made this cake and both times it seems to be "sticky" and hard to remove. I thought the first time was due to doubling it and putting it in a bundt pan but doing the regular recipe in a 9x5 loaf pan still was a little "sticky". I will put a note on the recipe to line the pan completely and not just the bottom of the pan to insure an easy removal. I added a bit of homemade fudge sauce to the top (as well as some cacao nibs to the cake) to up the chocolate experience. I couldn't decide between chocolate or lemon for the librarians...so I did both.
