Happy 4th Birthday Tripp!Dear Tripp,
I can't believe that you are 4 years old today! We had a pool party on Saturday to celebrate. You had the best time! Both you and your brother love the swimming pool. I'm grateful that our pool is so close because we go several times a week :)
There was a little scare today, though, on your actual birthday. You are hanging out with Boo and Sergei because Mommy and Daddy are headed to Boston for the Apraxia Conference this weekend. You had a special fun birthday day planned with Boo, Sergei, and Tobin at the Baxter's Bunch (it's a bounce house place that you have been to before). Boo called Mommy to say that you had an accident. You hurt your arm and you were crying and holding it. Mommy jumped in the car and met you at the Urgent Care in Fort Mill. After the dr looked at you and took x-rays, your arm is fine. Nothing is broken and she said to just ice it and give you Motrin. Whew! Thank goodness. Your uncle Jimmy has a history of breaking bones on his birthday. I'm glad that you didn't break anything today. Boo said that you still aren't using your right arm, but that you are happy.
Tripp, you are the sweetest boy ever. You love Mommy and Daddy. You love to give hugs and kisses to both of us and to Tobin (even though you are still a little rough with him sometimes). You and Tobin really like to play with each other. It's mostly physical play like running after each other and wrestling, but it's still fun to watch. I love to see you kiss Tobin goodnight on the head.
