And again...bunkered down.
Funnel cloud above Southeast High School. We're down in the basement again...in the one corner of the basement that isn't a small stream.
Hope all the other central Illinois Humzoo-ers are staying safe.

1) Oh no!!!! Again??? What a drag. Stay safe (and dry) and tell Biker Ben his mommy wants him to come home from that dangerous place called Illinois :) :(
2) Leslie, He's lucky he's up north missing this. Mr. Shoo and I didn't have time to grab Lost this time, so we're just listening to Gus Gordon over and over. I think Dave must've made Gus mad or something, and Gus is trying to get back at Dave.
3) Yep, back in our bathroom again. This time I don't have my charger at home, so we won't be able to blog much. Keep safe!
4) You too, Nickie. I'm hoping this doesn't last very long because I didn't bring my cord downstairs...and I'm not sure I'd want to plug it in with Shoo Stream around me.
5) Mrs Limey is stuck at work with her gammy leg. Looks like a sustained evening for Lucy and I in the basement closet. She was screaming lots but now she's asleep cradled in my left arm. I'm typing this very slow with one hand in the light of the screen. Writing this entry has taken me ages.
6) Thinking about just moving the beds down to the basement for the summer. Only took a few pics before chickening out...this one seems a bit more serious than the other night.
7) Certainly more serious in terms of comfort. I can't get away with not taking cover when I have the baby like I could the other night when I was on my own.
8) Why does this always happen after dark for us? I'm fine with tornados that I can see approaching us, but these sneaky ones in the dark are really quite a burden.
9) Hope all is well in the Land of Lincoln.
10) We only had to go downstairs once. Hope all the rest of central Illinois Humzoo-ers are okay.
11) Oh no! Not Southeast!!! I hope the Spartan's head is still intact!
12) Apparently whoever reported the funnel cloud (Gus Gordon) was misinformed. The Spartan is fine.
