6) They have them in bags with popsicle sticks. I think they're usually used for caramel apples. I found them hiding amongst the various "chocolate" chips.

7) I've seen caramel squares but not caramel bits. From that I saw in a link in the comments after the recipe, those are new. Little caramel nuggets. I checked my grocery and didn't see them.
