Time to break out the cut-off shorts
It is 70 degrees right now in Charlotte. I just went out to grab some lunch and saw a lot of people wearing shorts and flip flops, obviously tourists, as most companies do not allow that kind of business casual. I am thinking about putting on my cut-off shorts and halter top when I get home tonight. I do love living in the South because winter is always so short and never that bad. It is supposed to rain today and it is a little windy right now, but it does not matter because it is so warm!
So here's to spring, bring it on, I am ready for you!

Betsy Wednesday, March 19, 20082) I am so sad right now. However, it is 4 degrees Celcius up here and was raining earlier (better than what it has been). At least it isn't snow. Hold onto the warm weather for me until I get there next week!
