4 Days and Waiting
Well, no Sam yet. He was due Friday, but apparently he is very comfy right where he is. Friday through Sunday I was having a good amount of contractions but it decided to stop as of yesterday. So, we sent the parents home and are playing the waiting game.
I am now officially on Maternity Leave, so I was thinking about getting out the sewing machine to keep myself entertained. At least the weather is beautiful.
I am going to call the acupuncturist to see if he can help induce labor. Maybe Sam will be with us before the weekend. I would really like that!

Hayley - yup the piercing area just gets a little stretched out. I wonder what it will look like when it goes back to normal?
Today has been nice and relaxing - except when I tried to walk - lots of sharp pain. No real contractions though. This little boy is COMFY!

It was great to get these photos!! We are so excited for you and Jason as you wait for Sam to arrive!! These are exciting days!! What will his whole name be? He is one lucky little fella to have such great parents and grandparents, family, friends, etc....and this, of course, includes his pets!!
I have already been shopping for Sam so he needs to get here so he can get some presents!!

I've been trying to have conversations with Sam - talking him into joining us soon. Not so sure that is working!

Come on out, son, a lot of people are waiting to meet you! Being late is not the cutest first impression. (Then again, neither is crying or pooping on your mama, but we'd prefer that over nothing at all!)
