writing a will

Matt and I are having our Wills drafted. My father offered to do this for us. He was working on them for all of the kids. My sister and brother have both talked to me about their kids and I talked to people about being the executors of our wills. It's such a strange thing to sit down and do. I just read the drafts for Matt and I and it just seems eerie. We even used our middle names.
The big thing for me was that I didn't want to be stuck in a box. I prefer to be ashes thank you. The divisions of the 'estate' is funny because they might walk away with some drywall dust and our fish bowl of change.
But it's all taken care of now.
Now on with living.

1) Denny and I need to do that very badly, we just have not done it yet. I am trying to decide if I want to be cremated or have my body donated to science. I personally don't want to take up any space on this already overcrowded earth with my coffin.

2) I'm happy to have my body thrown in the river or fed to the animals at the zoo.....just want to be sure I really am dead first. My wife insists I am buried while I'd be more comfortable with incineration.....whatever.

3) I want to be cremated, too, but not until everything has been donated, if possible - cemeteries are so overcrowded as it is. I think Bill wants his body to be donated to science or NASA, the latter taking him on a shuttle launch to shoot him into space.

4) PS. We need to have our will redone, too, Niki, but I can't figure out where to place the children. I find it interesting that none of the friends in our life seems good enough to raise our children...

5) Niki, As far as I know, if you donate your body to science they will cremate your body when they are done with it. It's a win-win!
