3) That is a dress that does not have bloomers. Don't diapers count as bottoms anyway? At least that is what I will declare when I am in Depends one day.

4) Oh yeah...dresses. Haven't worn one of those since my wedding day almost nine years ago. And I'm not sure diapers count as bloomers, but on a hot day, who wants that bunchy diaper on with as many as two more layers over the top. Yikes!
